Shawna is a Native Venturan, with a background in Real Estate and Mortgage Lending. She started processing loans in 1988 at All Coast Mortgage in Ventura before transferring to Virginia. While in Virginia she specialized in Government transfers, relocating employees and families. In addition to Govt. transfers, Shawna also worked with a leading builder and was instrumental in the build out of several subdivisions. Shawna has since returned to her hometown of Ventura. She chose Sun Coast Real Estate due to it being an independent office and reputation for excellent service. Shawna brings a love of the real estate business and true passion to conduct sales with professionalism. Shawna covers all of Ventura County and surrounding areas.
